Delivery & Returns

We can deliver items anywhere in Mainland UK.
Delivery outside the UK Mainland is also possible, but please contact us for a quote.

Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through our site. Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail or courier, and should be with you within 2-5 working days but any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. . We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. Please make sure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. 

We do not accept liability for
* any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details
* goods damaged in transit

The shipping fees:

Free shipping for all UK orders above £45
courier delivery in 2-5 working days £3.55
courier delivery next working day £5.50


We aim to process all orders and ship them the next 1-2 working day whenever possible (Monday to Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you. If this is not possible we will contact you.

If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

Taxes and import duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged & rejected goods, cancellation
As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 14 days that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.


If you change your mind about the product you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items under the Distance Selling Directive. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Please note, you will need to pay the return delivery charge however we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will be only issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition.
